These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for participation in all activities organised by GB Elite Football Academy (“the Academy”).
By registering your child, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Membership & Registration
A completed registration form must be submitted before any player can attend training sessions.
All personal and medical details must be accurate and kept up to date by the parent or guardian.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Fees & Payments
Training fees are payable monthly in advance to secure your child’s place.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash, as confirmed by the Academy.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of your child’s participation.
Fees are reviewed periodically and parents will be notified of any changes in advance.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Fees are non-refundable for player absences or missed sessions.
If a session is cancelled by the Academy (e.g. bad weather, venue closure), a make-up session or credit will be offered.
Parents must provide at least two weeks’ notice if they wish to withdraw their child from the Academy.
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the Academy.
4. Health & Safety
Parents must disclose any medical conditions or allergies before their child participates.
Players must wear appropriate training kit, football boots, and shin pads at all sessions.
A qualified First Aider will be present at each training session.
The Academy is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
Parents remain responsible for their children before and after training sessions.
5. Behaviour & Conduct
All players, parents, and coaches must adhere to the GB Elite Code of Conduct.
The Academy reserves the right to suspend or cancel a player’s membership in cases of:
Disrespectful or disruptive behaviour
Breach of the Code of Conduct
Repeated late payments or non-compliance with these terms
6. Photography & Media
The Academy may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional purposes (website, social media, flyers).
Parents who do not consent to this use must inform the Academy in writing before the child begins training.
7. Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal information collected during registration is used solely for player management, communication, and safety purposes.
All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection laws.
Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
8. Liability
The Academy, its coaches, and venues accept no liability for injuries sustained during sessions, except in cases of proven negligence.
Participation in training sessions is at the player’s own risk.
The Academy’s insurance covers public liability but does not cover personal injury or property damage.
9. Safeguarding & Welfare
The Academy follows The FA’s Safeguarding Children Policy.
All coaches hold valid Enhanced DBS, FA Safeguarding Children, and First Aid certificates.
Any welfare or safeguarding concerns should be reported immediately to the Academy Welfare Officer.
10. Amendments
GB Elite Football Academy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Parents will be notified of any significant changes by email or via the Academy’s website.
